Improve your flexibility, balance, core strength, movement mechanics, all while improving your overall strength and increasing your muscle mass. Tailored to your specific needs and health situation. Half hour or 45 minute sessions.

cardiovascular training programs

Using the HeartZones 10 step protocol your personalized program will be developed based on your available time, goals, current fitness level, interests and sub-maximum heart rate.

sport specific strength & agility training

Improve your game by improving your core strength, flexibility, and mechanics needed for your sport. Prevent injuries! Increase your speed and power. All sports. All levels of athletes, including those recovering from injuries.

team training tune-up

At your team practice learn new conditioning drills for your team, as well as active warm ups and cool down activities. Sport specific. All sports.

small group training

All the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost!  Groups of 3 - 6 individuals working to gain strength, balance and flexibility.  Special groups for teen athletes, active adults and those with weight loss goals.

 

flexibility clinics

Small class size.  These 60 minute clinics are on-going and are held at The Training Center.

Special dates/times can be arranged for groups of 4 or more.  They may also be done on-site at your location.

foam roll

A hands-on clinic to learn how to use a foam roller for self myofascial release that helps muscles relax and joints move, reduces soft tissue adhesions, and improves posture and spinal awareness.

Have you stretched your piriformis lately? Attend this hands-on clinic to lengthen your muscles to improve your flexibility and range of motion. Learn how and when you should stretch and the importance of warm-ups and cool downs.
