Personal Strength Training in SeattlePersonal Strength Training
Improve your flexibility, balance, core strength and movement mechanics, all while improving your overall strength and increasing your muscle mass. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and health situation. Sessions are 30 - 45 minutes.

Partner Strength Training (personal training for two)
Having a workout buddy can help you be accountable and focused. Whether it is a friend or relative, partner training is a fun, effective way to improve your overall fitness or sport potential.

Small Group Training
All the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost! Groups of 3 - 6 individuals work together to gain strength, balance and flexibility. Special groups for teen athletes, active adults and those with weight loss goals are available. 60-minute sessions run in a 12-week series.
