Lack of flexibility is result of more than simply ‘tight’ muscles.  Flexibility is affected by muscle imbalances, connective tissue that is immobile, muscles shrinking as well as muscles being elongated because they are not in top form.  Flexibility Clinics on Stretching and Foam Rolling (self myo-fascial release) are on-going group activities.  Personal Strength Training sessions address flexibility issues by analyzing movement patterns, identifying muscle imbalances, and strengthening postural muscles.
