Don’t think improving your core strength means doing sit-ups!  Actually, the rectus abdominus (those elusive six packs) should not be stronger than the deeper laying muscles of the trunk.  And most people don’t realize how important hip strength is – and that they are part of the “core”.  Personal Strength Training always includes core strengthening and special half hour sessions focusing solely on the core are available.
