What is preventing you from getting in shape and leading an active life?  Lower back pain? Knee pain?  Poor muscle strength?  Not knowing where to begin?  Not sure you like the gym scene?

Training with On The Ball Fitness puts the “personal” back in personal training.  Sessions are held in a small, friendly facility.  Workouts are designed to functionally address what your body needs, including a plan to correct muscle imbalances that affect movement mechanics.

This type of strength training improves balance and flexibility while increasing your lean muscle mass.  It’s a chosen method for improvement in sport and general fitness, offering benefits for all ages – teens through seniors.

training philosophy

The training focus at On The Ball Fitness is to  train the movement pattern, not just individual muscles to strengthen both the athlete and the everyday person. This includes working on flexibility, range of motion, balance, core strength, muscle imbalances, and movement mechanics while improving general fitness.  Moving correctly is key when increasing activity levels to  get the cardiovascular exercise and strength building needed to maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of many diseases.
