What is preventing you
from getting in shape and leading an active life? Lower back pain? Knee pain? Poor
muscle strength? Not knowing where
to begin? Not sure you like the gym
scene?
The training focus at On The Ball Fitness is to train the movement pattern, not just individual muscles to strengthen both the athlete and the everyday person. This includes working on flexibility, range of motion, balance, core strength, muscle imbalances, and movement mechanics while improving general fitness. Moving correctly is key when increasing activity levels to get the cardiovascular exercise and strength building needed to maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of many diseases.
